Is MEDASE safe for all ages?
Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. DO NOT USE WHILE PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING. MAY BE HARMFUL. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. We recommend customers be at least over 18 years of age to consume MEDASE.
Our products do NOT contain more than the hemp standard of 0.3% THC.

No. MEDASE mocktails are fully zero-proof and contain no alcohol at all. They’re crafted to taste like your favorite classic drinks — just without the alcohol.

How does your subscription process work?
MEDASE subscription allows our customers to receive a monthly shipment of our product with a 10% discount on the overall purchase price. No obligation, cancel or change your subscription at any time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Complete the form on the Contact Page (Select: General Inquiry) and we will respond to your cancellation request within 48 hours.
Why should I create an Account?
Setting up an account allows you to access your order, shipping details and general information regarding your past or current purchase.

Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this time.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping charges are based on your location and will be calculated and presented during the checkout process.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
No, a physical address is required.

respond or contact you directly.
What are the procedures for returning a product?
If you received a product from Medase Cocktails LLC. that is defective or damaged and wish to exchange it for the same item, please follow these steps:
1. Complete the form on Contact Us (Select: General Inquiry).
2. Add your order number (i.e. Order 888).
3. You must include photos of the defective or damaged product so we can see what is wrong with it.
4. Please describe the reason for your return. Once we receive your email return message, we will review and reach out to verify your details and confirm an exchange. Exchanges are processed as quickly as possible.
Medase Cocktails LLC will cover the cost of shipping for all returned, defective or damaged products. We try to ship out exchanges within 24 hours of receiving your return request.
